Interesting. (What's that bout a john boat?...)
"I vomited violently about an hour ago, and I want to go to the hospital. I laid down, and my heart started racing."
Sinus tach at 113.
"Violent vomiting" was mentioned no fewer than 15 times on the way to the hospital.
Straight to triage.
